Logistics Partners

We entrust the final mile to established carriers, including USPS, UniUni, and GOFO Express. The specific carrier is algorithmically selected based on your destination to ensure the most efficient service level for your region.

Transit Timeline

  • Anticipated Arrival: Please allow a window of 7–10 business days post-dispatch for your protocol to arrive (estimate, not a guarantee).

Note: Delivery windows may fluctuate due to external carrier operations, weather events, peak seasonal volume, or regional service accessibility.

Final Mile & Collection

In certain jurisdictions, direct-to-door delivery may not be feasible. In such instances, a notification will be left, and your package will be held at a secure local post office or designated pickup point in accordance with the carrier’s local regulations.

Shipment Monitoring

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation via email containing your tracking reference. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to populate the initial tracking data.

Exception Handling (Delays)

If your tracking reference remains static for an extended period, or if delivery exceeds the estimated window, please initiate a support request so we may investigate.
