PROTOCOL OVERVIEW

Welcome to the Zenith Protocol. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bloom Radiant Inc, operating under the trade name Zenith. Bloom Radiant Inc owns and operates this digital interface, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, visiting, or acquiring products from our domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement ("Terms") and our Data Confidentiality Protocol. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, clients, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – CLIENT ACCOUNT PROTOCOLS

To access exclusive features of our Services, you may be required to establish a client account. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete credentials during registration;

  • Promptly update your information to maintain accuracy;

  • Secure your account credentials diligently; and

  • Accept full liability for all activities conducted under your profile.

You may not transfer or assign your account without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate profiles that provide false information or violate these Terms.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you authorize a minor dependent to use your account, you assume full responsibility for their compliance.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT INTEGRITY

We strive for precision in our product descriptions and imagery. However, due to manufacturing variations or display settings, actual product appearance may differ slightly from the digital representation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any formulation without notice;

  • Restrict sales to specific jurisdictions or individuals;

  • Impose quantity limits per client.

We do not warrant that results will meet subjective expectations. All product representations are general in nature.

SECTION 3 – ORDER VALIDATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Bloom Radiant Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any order. An order is binding only upon our confirmation and successful payment processing.

We may refuse orders if we suspect:

  • Unauthorized payment activity;

  • Commercial resale or distribution;

  • Pricing or inventory errors;

You are responsible for reviewing order details. Once confirmed, modifications are not guaranteed. Our Satisfaction Protocol (Refund Policy) governs all returns.

SECTION 4 – ACQUISITION & BILLING

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change. Promotions or discounts are subject to specific conditions which supersede general terms.

By submitting payment details, you warrant that you:

  • Are authorized to use the provided payment method;

  • Authorize the full transaction amount, including taxes and fees;

We reserve the right to cancel orders associated with declined payments or suspicious billing information.

SECTION 4A – MEMBERSHIP TERMS (RECURRING PROTOCOL)

By placing your monthly recurring order of the VIP Membership - you will be charged 48.95 Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before the next renewal by contacting our concierge via the Contact page or emailing contact@br-zenith.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you do not accept the VIP offer, your purchase is processed as a one-time acquisition.

SECTION 4B – ONE-TIME ACQUISITION

If you select a one-time purchase, you will be charged only once for the total amount displayed. No recurring charges will be applied. Transactions are processed immediately upon confirmation.

SECTION 5 – LOGISTICS & DISPATCH

Shipment is arranged to the address provided. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may result from carrier operations, customs, or force majeure.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handoff to the carrier. Clients are responsible for applicable import duties or taxes.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content—trademarks, designs, text, and imagery—is the exclusive property of Bloom Radiant Inc. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of our assets is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 – FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

Any concepts or reviews submitted to us become our property. We may use them without restriction or compensation.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing and availability without prior notice.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate IP rights, or to compromise the security of the platform.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bloom Radiant Inc shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Bloom Radiant Inc against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

SECTION 15 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without consent.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bloom Radiant Inc is headquartered.

SECTION 17 – UPDATES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
